JAM Factory Crafts accepts returns and exchanges only when contacted by the customer when the specified time frame. Returns are classified as Undamaged and Damaged.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3. Digital downloads
4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
5. Items on sale
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
1. Contact JAM Factory Crafts on or before calendar day seven (7) after the date of delivery, which is the date of delivery stated on the tracking information.
2. Customer agrees to ship back the item within 14 days of the date of delivery, which is the date of delivery stated on the tracking information.
Undamaged Item Return
For undamaged item returns / exchanges: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Damaged Item Return (Missing pieces and/or parts do not constitute damage)
Damaged item returns require picture proof. Customer, at time of contacting JAM Factory Crafts for a return or exchange are required to provide photos of damage as stated below:
1A. Shipping box before opening, to show damage of box OR
1B. Picture of shipping box after opening to show damage or lack of damage to shipping box
2. Picture of damaged item.
3. Multiple photos of both shipping box and damaged item are encouraged (such as damaged item in box before removal.)
Failure to provide photo proof of damage when requesting return or exchange will result in item being processed as an undamaged item.
JAM Factory Crafts will pay the cost of the return shipping for authorized damaged items.
